Fossil Fest

Dad took Mason and Maggie to Fossil Fest on Sunday. They got to dig
for fossils and look at a bunch cool stuff. There were quite a few
neat fossils that the kids were allowed to touch and pick up.

Back to school night for Mason

Tonight was back to school night for Mason. He got to visit his
classroom and meet his teacher.

Here are a few pictures of Mason paper mâché-ing Uranus. We are also
working on Jupiter. The solar system is nearly complete.

Megan's favorite place to hang out

Megan loves sitting in the middle of the boppy pillow. She has claimed
it as hers. Yesterday I tried to lay on it and take a nap. She pulled
my hair and hit me in the face until I got off of it. Maggie also
tried to lay on it and got the same treatment.

Silly baby

I can't remember if I posted this or not, so here it is again. This is
Morgan's little sea horse bath toy. This is how she plays with it. She
gets it's belly in her mouth and then that's it. Morgan keeps this toy
in her mouth for a long time (probably only a minute or two really).
It is so funny!

We went and bought a walker last night. We put Megan in it for the first time this morning and she immediately made a beeline for the blinds on the back door.

Dinner tonight

Dinner tonight was Vegetable Beef. For some reason, it stains Megab's
face, but has no affect on Morgan what so ever. Weird.

MEGAN GOT A TOOTH

I can barely see it so I can't take a picture of it, but Megan cut her first tooth this week. She's been a little more fussy than usual, but not too bad. As soon as the tooth becomes photogenic, I'll post.

So I took Morgan back to the cardiologist yesterday for a follow-up on her heart murmur. The doctor said it looks good. It has actually gone from 6mm (at birth I assume) to now only 3mm. He also said it should be fully closed within 6-12 months from now. While we were there, I got to get a weight check on Little Miss Morgan. She weighs just under 16 pounds and is 28" long. She is my Little Peanut.
