The results are good. Morgan's hole is getting smaller, but it is still there. Most children that have this type of heart defect, the hole usually closes on it's own by the time the child reaches 2 years old. However, since Morgan has low muscle tone, this could explain why her heart is taking a little bit longer to close. It's nothing to be concerned about, it simple means we go back again next year to be observed again.

Annual cardiologist appt
Morgan went to her annual cardiologist appointment last week. They didn't do an ultrasound last year, so they did do one this time. The picture is Morgan snoozing during that exam while Megan and Maggie attempt to watch Dora on the hanging tv above.

Practice for school
The girls sat so quietly during story time at Maggie's Valentine's Day party. Megan actually listened to the story. They are ready for school. Well, Megan is, Morgan may need the summer to learn to sit still. :)

2011 Snow Day
Mason's school was delayed 2 hours on Thursday and then all schools were closed on Friday. The road conditions were not safe on Friday, so Matt worked from home. It's crazy that it can be snowing one day and then in the 60's the next. Love this Texas weather; so different from Southern California.
